Nosheb's AI University
A university gives you an advisor, a library, tutors, honest teachers, friends who open your mind, and a place to build. Today AI can play every one of these roles for you, for free, from any town, in any language. I learned to build software this way without knowing how to code. Here is how you can do it too.
Three rules of this university
Show up daily
Thirty minutes every day beats five hours once a month. Most people quit free courses. Small daily effort is how you finish.
Check important facts
AI can be wrong and still sound confident. For money, health or law, confirm with a second source or a real expert.
Always do the homework
Reading is not learning. Every department ends with a small task. Do it, even badly. Doing is what makes it stick.

The Advisor's Office
What this teacher does
An advisor asks where you want to go and draws the route. AI can build a learning plan made only for you: your goal, your level, your time.
How I use it
When I started building apps, I didn't know where to begin. I told AI my goal and that I knew no coding. It gave me a step-by-step path, and I followed it one step at a time.
I want to learn [topic]. My goal is [what you want to be able to do]. My level: complete beginner. I can give 30 minutes a day. Make me a 30-day learning plan in simple language, with one small task for each day.
Homework: Get your 30-day plan today. Save it on your phone and do Day 1 before you sleep.
The Library
What this teacher does
The internet has a million videos on every topic. A good librarian hands you the three that matter. AI can filter the noise and point you to the best sources.
How I use it
Before I watch ten YouTube videos on a topic, I ask AI which few are worth it and why. It saves me hours every week.
I want to learn [topic]. Suggest only the 3 best free resources (books, videos or courses) for a beginner. For each one, tell me why it is worth my time and what I will learn from it. Mention if any of them are paid.
Homework: Pick one resource from the list and finish it fully before starting another.
The Midnight Tutor
What this teacher does
A tutor never gets tired of your questions, even at midnight. AI can explain something ten different ways and quiz you to find exactly where you are stuck.
How I use it
I ask AI to explain every step to me like I am a beginner. If I don't understand, I say so, and it explains again in a simpler way. No shame, no waiting.
Explain [topic] to me in simple words, with one everyday example. Then ask me 3 questions, one at a time, to check what I understood. If I get one wrong, explain that part again in a different way.
Homework: Explain today's topic out loud to a friend or family member in two minutes.
The Editor's Desk
What this teacher does
Friends say "nice work." A good editor tells you what is weak so you can make it strong. You can tell AI to stop praising and start checking.
How I use it
Before I share an idea, a plan or a post, I ask AI to find the weak points. It is better to hear the problems from AI than from a customer.
Here is my work: [paste your writing, plan or idea]. Act as a strict editor. Do not praise it. Tell me the 3 weakest parts, why they are weak, and exactly how to fix each one.
Homework: Take one thing you wrote this week, get the feedback, and rewrite it once.
The Roommate
What this teacher does
At university, a roommate drags you into topics you would never choose: music, history, science, other cultures. AI can do the same and keep your mind wide open.
How I use it
Once a week I ask AI to teach me something outside software and business. Ideas from other fields often give me my best business ideas.
I work in [your field]. Teach me one interesting idea from a completely different field (like history, nature, sport or psychology) in 5 minutes. Then tell me how that idea could help me in my work.
Homework: Write down one new idea you learned this week and one way to use it.
The Builder's Lab
What this teacher does
Learning is not finished until you build something with it. In this lab, AI becomes your engineer and partner. You describe what you want in plain words, and together you make it real.
How I use it
At Keyzone we have our own development team, but I am not a coder myself. I use AI to understand every part of our products, plan new features, and build things on my own. I explain what I want, AI writes it and explains every step, and I follow along and learn. This very website was built that way.
Climb the builder's ladder
I don't know coding. I want to build [describe what you want, e.g. a one-page website for my shop]. Guide me step by step like a teacher. Explain every step in simple words, tell me exactly what to click or copy, and wait for me to finish each step before giving the next.
Homework: Build one Level 1 or Level 2 thing this week. Share it with one person.

Your first 30 days
Visit the Advisor's Office and the Library. Choose one skill you really want and get your plan and your three best resources.
Study with the Midnight Tutor, 30 minutes daily. Ask every "silly" question. There are no silly questions here.
Make something small with what you learned and take it to the Editor's Desk. Improve it once. Spend one evening with the Roommate.
Enter the Builder's Lab. Build one real thing at Level 1 or 2 and show it to someone. Then plan your next 30 days.
What this university cannot do
- It gives no degree. It gives skills and understanding. Your work becomes your certificate.
- It can make mistakes. Check important facts, especially about money, health and law.
- It cannot replace real life. Customers, failures and good human mentors teach what AI cannot.
- It cannot do the work for you. AI draws the route. You still have to walk it every day.
This idea was inspired by Sandeep Swadia's video "How to become dangerously self-educated with AI (for free)" and his "university in a box." The Builder's Lab and the 30-day plan are my own additions.
